What is an Agent ?
An agent is a virtual assistant designed to automate tasks and streamline workflows using AI. Currently, there are four types of agents: Chat, Search, Extract, and Writer. You can set up an agent to work within your base and perform tasks according to your specific needs.
When you select one of your agents, your agent page will looks like this:
The page will display the deployment currently set up, the number and type of data sources added to your base, and key insights for your agent. You have the option to change your deployment by clicking on Change, as well as view all your data sources by clicking on View All. You can also access the agent settings by clicking on the top-right corner of the window, labeled Agent Settings.
Your three most recent agents will be listed on the left side of the page. You also have the option to create a new agent by clicking the Create New Agent button.
Types of Agents
1. Chat

A conversational agent that simulates human-like interaction.

Ideal for answering questions, clarifying doubts, and holding discussions in real-time.

2. Search

A tool to retrieve information from web or internal database.

Excellent for finding up-to-date, specific, or hard-to-remember facts.

Users can tag the documents they upload, to improve and increase relevancy in search result

3. Extract

Extracts from fund documents, pulling out important financial or fund information making it easier to assess the investment, monitor its performance, and track compliance or changes in the fund’s structure.

4. Writer

An agent designed to create in-depth research reports. We call these reports ‘Paper’.
