Zapier Deployment with Splore

Using Splore and Zapier for customer support
When a customer sends an email, Splore will automatically draft a reply. Using Zapier, this draft will be sent back to Gmail, allowing the customer support team to review and send it to the customer.
Click on Configure deployment to deploy your agent
Select Zapier as destination to deploy your agent
Login to your Zapier Account and connect it with Splore
Sign Up/Log into your Zapier account
Once logged in, connect your Splore app by entering your Base API Key. Click here to know how to find your API Key.
After connecting Splore, you'll be prompted to select a trigger. The trigger defines where your data will be collected from.
Setup a Trigger
Select the app you want to send the data from which will act as a Trigger.
Setup and Configure how you want to trigger the event
We will set the trigger to "New Email" so that whenever an email is received, Splore will take action. Additionally, link your Gmail account to Zapier.
Set up an Action to automate
After the Gmail trigger, add Splore as the next action in Zapier.
Choose the action event Create Conversation in Splore. This will initiate a new conversation for each customer email received.
Enter your Agent ID to establish the connection. Click here to know how to find Agent ID
Add a new action with Splore as the app, and select Chat with Splore as the action event.
Inside query put the email body so that splore can draft a reply accordingly
Test the action to ensure Splore generates a draft response based on the email content.
Find Email
To draft a reply, we first need to locate the email. Add a new action with Gmail as the app, and select Find Email as the action event.
Enter the email body as search string to find the new email
Test this action to ensure the email is found correctly
Creating a Draft Reply
Add another action in Zapier, and this time select Gmail as the app and Create Draft as the action event.
Enter chat response in body so that the response from splore can be sent to your email account
Test this action to make sure the draft email is created in Gmail successfully.
Log in to your Gmail account and review the draft response created by Zapier.
