What can you do with Splore and Zapier?

You can integrate Splore AI engine capability with thousands of tools out there with Zapier. Here are few workflows that Splore currently supports.

  1.  Automatically ingest new data from Confluence to Splore
    • With Splore <> Confluence Zap, you can automatically add new or updated blog post from your Confluence to Splore. No more needs for manual data ingestion, as this Zap will dynamically update your business knowledge in Splore.
  2.  Create draft response with Splore AI engine in Gmail
    • Splore supports integration with your company's Gmail account. Simply activate the Zap so that you can enable this workflow.
      • Send customer support inquiry from your Gmail to Splore.
      • Splore AI engine will create draft response.
      • You can view this draft response in the same Gmail thread.
      • Make any edits (if necessary), and reply back to your user faster!

How to Integrate your Zapier account with Splore?

  • Go to Splore -> Data Sources -> Apps Integration

 
  • Activate the Zap where you want to integrate Splore to your business workflows. Upon activation, you will be prompted to login with your Zapier account
  • Once you successfully login, you can start using Splore app in Zapier by adding your Base API Key
  •  Finally, you can configure the Zap to your own preference, or you can use the default configuration that Splore has provided.
  • Click Save, and Voila! You have connected your business workflows in Zapier with Splore. Now back in Splore dashboard, you can view all your activated Zapier integration.
